Korean Collaborations & Co-Productions
This section highlights Broadway and West End musicals that included Korean producers or investment companies—such as Chunsoo Shin, CJ ENM, OD Company, and Library Company.
While these works were not originally created in Korea, their Korean involvement—through financing, co-production, or strategic partnerships—marks an important step in connecting Korean musical theater with the global stage.
Chunsoo Shin is credited as a producer for nine Broadway shows, including The Great Gatsby.
CJ ENM is listed as a producer for five shows, including Kinky Boots.
Library Company is credited for & Juliet and KPOP.
CJ ENM has also cited participation in West End productions such as Back to the Future, The Bodyguard, and The Little Big Things, and is currently developing a global adaptation of the Korean film Dancing Queen.
