This database provides a bilingual record of major Korean musical works that have toured, premiered, or been formally presented outside Korea. Entries are compiled through keyword-based research across ticketing platforms, archival materials, and publicly available industry sources. Because information surfaces at different times and with varying levels of disclosure across markets, the database is continuously updated rather than treated as exhaustive.

Each title appears once per country, even when multiple productions have taken place there across different years. In such cases, the year indicated corresponds to the earliest confirmed production in that country. When a work began as a reading, showcase, or workshop and later expanded into a full production, the entry reflects the largest realized production rather than its earlier developmental stages.

Each list item links to a dedicated internal page containing detailed production information, source references, and editorial notes. When English titles were unavailable, unofficial, or inconsistently used across media outlets, this is documented on the individual show page.

For the purposes of this database, “abroad” includes full productions, licensed runs, showcases, festival stagings, and industry presentations. Unofficial concerts and amateur performances are generally excluded unless they were formally licensed or industry-recognized. New entries are added once a production becomes publicly verifiable through announcements, ticketing listings, press releases, or confirmed industry reporting.
